Open daily, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. We're closed on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day; open at noon on New Year's Day and Easter Sunday; and close at 5:00 PM (last wash at 4:00 PM) on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

1. Book in a few clicks — dates, add-ons, and preferences. Your card is saved but not charged yet. 2. Set out your laundry — first orders go in securely tied bags; delicates go in a separate bag if you added that option. 3. We pick up (we text when we're on the way — no need to be home), wash, dry, and fold everything in-house to your preferences, then weigh it dry. 4. We send your final weight and total, charge your card, and return everything fresh and folded the next day — in a reusable Fold Fairy bag for future orders.

$2.75 per pound with a $40 minimum. No pickup or delivery fees. Your final price is based on your laundry's actual dry weight.

Rough weekly estimates: 1 adult, 15–20 lbs; 2-person household, 25–35 lbs; family of 4, 30–40 lbs; family of 5+, 40–50+ lbs; a baby or toddler adds 5–10 lbs. Bath towels run about 1–1.5 lbs each, and a queen sheet set about 3–4 lbs.

Next-day return is the standard. You'll get text updates when your order leaves our facility and when the driver is on the way.

No — as long as your laundry is in the agreed pickup location and we have accurate access details, like gate codes, building instructions, or concierge notes.

Just put your laundry in securely tied bags and leave them in your pickup spot (use two bags if it's a big load). If you added the Delicates Bag add-on, put those items in a separate bag. Your order comes back in a reusable Fold Fairy bag — use it for all future pickups.

We spot-treat stains, then wash, dry, and fold everything in-house according to your saved preferences. Once it's dry we weigh it, send you the final weight and total, charge the card on file, and return it on your selected delivery day.

Your card is securely saved when you book, but you aren't charged until your laundry has been processed and weighed. We send your final weight and total first, then charge the card on file.

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. You can add gratuity when you book.

Yes — add them when you book. We'll do our best to accommodate, though we can't guarantee every request (and some stains are permanent).

Detergent (standard scented or free & gentle unscented), liquid fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach (none or oxy color-safe), and washer and dryer temperatures. Your preferences are saved for future orders.

Every order is processed in-house at our Austin laundry center by the Fold Fairy team — we never outsource pickup, washing, folding, or delivery. Delicates are kept separate throughout.

Yes — and recurring orders get 5% off.

There's a $15 missed-pickup fee, but your first one is waived as a one-time courtesy.

Bring your laundry to 5027 Manor Rd. — tell us your preferences and add-ons at the counter, we wash, dry, and fold it in-house, and text you when it's ready. You pay at pickup, and we're cashless.

$2.00 per pound, no minimum, no hidden fees.

Yes — drop off by noon and it's ready by 9:00 PM the same day, free. After noon, it's ready when we open the next business day.

A $10-per-bag add-on (max 6 lbs) for delicate or special items you want washed separately. We provide a dedicated Fold Fairy mesh bag; items get a cold wash with low spin, no heat (air fluff), and are kept separate throughout. Add it to any Pickup & Delivery order.

Coming soon with our full laundry center opening — $25 for standard fill, $30 for down, any size. They'll be washed separately with care based on fabric and fill.

We'll treat it with professional care and follow your instructions when we can, but stain removal isn't guaranteed — some stains are permanent.

Yes, please — pens, gum, lip balm, keys, and electronics can damage your clothes or our machines.

Yes: items with bed bugs, mold or mildew, bodily fluids, excessive pet hair, grease, chemical contamination, or extreme soil. Dry-clean-only items may be refused unless approved in advance.

Report it within 48 hours of pickup or delivery — later claims may not be eligible. If the loss or damage was from our handling, we compensate at current fair value, up to $100 per order.
