We Process

    We process your order in-house using our commercial laundry equipment, following your selected preferences and handling any specialty-care items separately as required. We fold everything neatly so it is clean, organized and drawer-ready.

  2. 5We Text You When It’s Ready

    Once your order is finished, we weigh your dry laundry and text you that it’s ready for pickup. Your message will include your final weight and total cost.

Pickup

  1. 6Pick Up & Pay

    Pick up your clean, folded laundry at the Fold Fairy counter and pay when you arrive. Fold Fairy is cashless.
